Electronic Arts - Oct 2019 - Present
▪ Was the research lead for a cross-sequential study that measured how a new collaborative remote work model affected our organization of 400+ people. Approached the study using mixed methods including: interviews, surveys, and analysis of JIRA velocity. Presented research insights to EA senior leaders
▪ Conducted structured interviews with 60 EAX members to understand the baseline of organizational gaps in the design team. Using UX research methods, information was synthesized and resulted in recommendations that led to the creation of a DesignOps program, backlog, and roadmap
▪ Co-created a design playbook that highlights EAX Design’s excellence in craft, EA’s strategy, and showcase our talented designers. Created a companion curriculum to standardize and socialize best practices
▪ Product and project managed The Focalizer, a homegrown application that automates the manual effort of images and video production across the EA Desktop application. Managed the project to MVP
▪ Created materials for a remote design sprint workshop, led two workshops across the team, which resulted in highly positive feedback due to it’s structure, organization, and facilitation method
▪ Implemented a remote design sprint facilitator training program to scale the facilitation skillsets across the EAX org
